Common questions
What is included in the fare?
Fuel and driver allowance are covered by the quoted fare. Toll tax, state tax, parking, airport entry and night-halt charges are extra unless stated.
Are there night charges?
Rides between 10 PM and 6 AM may carry an extra night charge depending on the vehicle. We tell you before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Confirm your booking on WhatsApp and pay the balance to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or UPI.
What if I travel more than the package?
Extra distance or time beyond the package is charged per km and per hour. Ask us for the exact rate when booking.
